WIB celebrates 60 Years on St. Maarten

Your Partner in Progress the Windward Island Bank celebrated on December 1, 2020 its 60^th Anniversary. The bank opened its doors on December 1, 1960 and there have been countless developments over the years. Noteworthy is that the WIB cards have developed from magstrips to chip and now contactless technology.

The bank is currently fueled by a team of 171 staffers. WIB has been and continues to be instrumental in St. Maarten’s development over the past decades. To celebrate this occasion Fun Miles raffled miles to account holders and staff members of the branches in Town, Bush Road, Simpson Bay and on Statia. Up to the next 60!!
