• Participants must be active, registered Fun Miles cardholders. 

• A valid Fun Miles card is required to claim any prizes. 

• Curaçao prize winners must be both registered Fun Miles cardholders and residents of Curaçao. 

• Your Fun Miles account contact details must be valid and up to date. 

• You can only redeem prizes and vouchers on the island that issued them. 

• To play, you must download the Fun Miles app. 

• The system automatically adds plays to your account. 

• Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Fun Miles cardholder. 

• You cannot exchange prizes and vouchers for cash, other goods, or services. 

• Fun Miles is not responsible for vouchers redeemed by duplicate cards. 

• Vouchers have an expiration date, so be sure to use them before they expire. 

• Report any errors via our WhatsApp number. 

• 1 voucher per transaction.

• If you participated in Scratch & Win online, we automatically enter you for a chance to win the Golden Egg. 

• Participants must be active, registered Fun Miles cardholders . 

• A valid Fun Miles card is required to participate in the Golden Egg Finale Game. 

• Curaçao grand prize winners must be both registered Fun Miles cardholders and residents of Curaçao. 

• The registered Fun Miles cardholder linked to the winning card number will receive the grand prize. 

• Prizes are non-refundable, and we do not exchange cash for them. 

• Fun Miles, its partners, and agencies are not responsible for printing or typographical errors. 

• Fun Miles & Van Den Tweel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the campaign or the prize. Additionally, Fun Miles & Van Den Tweel make no warranties or guarantees regarding the prizes.

By participating in the campaign, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Fun Miles & Van Den Tweel reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice. Fun Miles & Van Den Tweel are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or incomplete entries, or other factors that may impact participation in the Easter campaign. 

Participants waive any claims against Fun Miles & Van Den Tweel arising from their participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal value at Fun Miles & Van Den Tweel’s discretion. 

The laws of Curaçao govern this campaign, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Curaçao. 

Acceptance and Publicity Consent: 
By accepting a prize in the Easter campaign, winners grant Fun Miles the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. A photograph is required to claim the prize.
